必考科目
A-Level课程每门学科的学习与考试结构一般分为6个模块(units)，即学生每门课要考6个模块。以数学为例，学生可以从以下模块中选读6个并参加考试，最终得到数学A-Level成绩。

注：各A-Level课程中心因师资力量、教学设施等不同，会开设相应不同的模块。
通常情况下，由于世界各地的大学要求所有申请者必须提供三科及以上的A-Level课程证书，也就是说学生一般要选读3至4门不同学科的A-Level课程并参加考试。
